License

Taulbee Painting grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store terms. We retain all rights in the app and its content.

Color accuracy

The visualizer is a planning tool. On-screen colors and AI renders are approximations — real paint appearance varies with screen settings, lighting, sheen, surface texture, and application. Always confirm colors with physical swatches or sample pots before purchasing paint. Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and PPG are trademarks of their respective owners; color names and codes are used for identification only, and Taulbee Painting is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

AI-generated content

Visualizer renders, defect scan diagnoses, and Paint Expert answers are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for general guidance only. They are not professional advice, and the defect scanner does not replace an in-person inspection by a qualified professional — especially for issues that may involve structural damage, moisture, mold, or lead-based paint.

Estimates

Submitting an estimate request through the app is an inquiry, not a contract. Pricing, scheduling, and scope are only binding once agreed in a separate written quote or agreement with Taulbee Painting.

Acceptable use

• Only submit photos and content you have the right to share
• Don't use the app to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to harass others
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the app or the services it relies on

Availability and changes

Features that rely on an internet connection (surface detection, HD renders, defect scans, Expert answers) depend on third-party services and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend access for misuse of these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taulbee Painting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including decisions made based on renders, diagnoses, or advice generated by the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
